Villa Florenza is located in Manson, Washington on Lake Chelan, just 10 miles north of Chelan on State Route 150. The home is located in a private, rural area with incredible views in any direction. This home is suitable for those who wish to enjoy a vacation "on the lake" in luxury. Ideal for family gatherings, corporate retreats or small weddings, this unique home will exceed your expectations for a truly unforgettable respite away from the rushing and dashing of daily life. The home was designed and built in 2007. The architect on the project was Terry Johnson , AIA, of PKJB in Wenatchee/Seattle, WA. The builder was Andy Miller Construction of Orondo, WA. This home has been featured in several magazines, one of which is featured on this website, House to Home magazine. The home rests on a 2 acre parcel on the north shore of Lake Chelan, on a slope of 45-50 degrees. The home has numerous amenities: pool, spa, waterfront dock, sun deck terrazzo.

Local Wines and Terroir
The Chelan valley recently received AVA designation for its own appellation in the grape and wine growing industry. The terroir in Chelan presents unique and intriguing flavors in the grapes grown in the region due to the loamy soils, balanced PH, and considerable heat units for full ripening of fruit. Numerous wineries and vineyards abound in the valley, fulfilling an increasing demand for Chelan valley wines and vines. Several wineries are now synonymous with premium quality wines and grape growing operations. Syrah, Malbec and Tempranillo are a few red varietals that are most notable in the valley, while Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling are strong heady whites with beautiful aromas.

Villa Florenza is managed by the owner and an on-site Villa employee. The Villa employee is responsible for the pool operations, home and grounds maintenance. The employee is also able to assist you with the organization of your event on an hourly basis.

Villa Florenza can be reserved for small intimate weddings and we are able to assist you with your event planning.

Wedding Rates:
Policy for the Villa to host your wedding requires the home to be rented for a full week, Sunday - Sunday at posted rates. In addition to the week rental cost, there is a ceremony fee of $3,000.00. The Ceremony Fee includes the following:

Seating / dining set up on Terrazzo poolside for up to 30 persons
Tables draped white table cloths
Floral arrangements each table
Cloth napkins
Dishes, Glasses, Silverware
Floral arrangements entry/procession

Spa Service - Esthetician / Massage Therapy LMP in-house or poolside available:
Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist LMP are available for in-house or poolside facials, body scrubs and deep tissue massages. Therapies focus on European facial treatments, masks, and full body massage. A full menu of spa service and pricing is available from management upon request. Advance notice and scheduling is required.

Grocery Delivery Pre-Check-in:
Several options are available for groceries to be delivered and stored at the Villa prior to your arrival. Email us for a list of options and costs for this service. This allows you to go straight to the Villa without the hassle of stopping and stocking up before you can relax poolside.
